【养生科普】胃怕寒、心怕咸、肾怕肉…戒掉这些坏习惯,病痛远离你!

                    多做扩胸运动:伸开双臂,尽量扩张胸部,然后用腹部带动来呼吸,能增加肺容量,增强肺的抵御功能。                 

                

                    
                

                

                    戒烟:长期吸烟会破坏呼吸道上皮的纤毛,使有害气体直接伤害身体。                 

                

                    
                

                

                    少厨房油烟:在做饭时要选择比较强劲的油烟机,或尽量选择蒸煮这种油烟较小的烹饪方式。

        胃是喜温的器官,对凉的刺激很敏感,如凉菜、冰镇饮料、凉风等都会引起急性肠胃炎。这是因为寒冷会使胃肠的血管收缩,影响食物透过消化道黏膜化生为血液。
